Privacy policy
Updated October 30, 2026. This policy covers Breck Morrison's operator-only Downtown Bellevue Construction Uploader and Hummingbird Watch Uploader, including Hummingbird's separate analytics component. These local systems use YouTube API Services; they are not public account services.
Google data and its use
- Bellevue Construction: channel and playlist identity, video identifiers, metadata, privacy and release settings, processing status and available video statistics support validation, authorized publishing, recovery and reporting. Authorized operations send the operator's videos, thumbnails, metadata and publishing settings to YouTube.
- Hummingbird Watch: the uploader reads channel identity and video information and sends approved video packages, thumbnails and metadata to YouTube. Its separate read-only collector retrieves channel/video metadata and aggregated performance reports, such as views, watch time, engagement, audience retention and traffic sources, for local editorial review. It does not retrieve individual viewers' identities or request monetary-report permissions.
Each system uses its own Google project and client. Hummingbird's reporting credential has no upload scope. Google handles sign-in; the tools receive OAuth access and refresh tokens, not Google passwords.
Storage, access and sharing
Tokens are stored in access-restricted local files on the operator's Mac, separately by system and role. Publishing receipts, status logs and performance reports are stored locally or on the operator's archive storage for recovery and reporting. Original camera footage and source-provenance records are created independently of Google account data.
Google data is accessible to the operator and agents expressly authorized for this work. It is sent to Google for the authorized operations; configured email services may process operator status notifications without tokens. It is not sold, used for advertising or profiling, or used to train generalized AI models. Google API information is used only for the purposes described here and is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. Disclosure may also be required by law.
Retention, revocation and deletion
Tokens are kept while needed for authorized operation. Retention is administered by the operator; there is no automatic deletion service. Stored YouTube metadata must be refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Retained authorized statistics and Analytics reports require authorization and video-existence checks at least every 30 days.
Request local data deletion or revocation using the contact for the relevant system below. Requests are handled as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. You may also revoke the relevant app through Google account permissions; associated stored API data is then deleted as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days. Revocation stops future authorized access. Deleting local data does not delete videos or playlists on YouTube; manage those directly in YouTube.
