Bellevue Construction &
Hummingbird Watch

These are Breck Morrison's private Mac mini automation systems. This page explains what they do and why they request access to the operator's Google accounts. They are used by the operator, with no public registration or sign-in service.

Bellevue Construction

Google OAuth application: Downtown Bellevue Construction Uploader. This system prepares construction timelapse videos from the operator's own cameras for Onni 606 Bellevue and Filament East & West Bellevue. Both use the Downtown Bellevue, WA | Construction Timelapses YouTube channel, with separate playlists.

It validates source footage and project identity, and manages authorized video uploads, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlist placement, processing checks and release schedules. Publication follows the operator's approved workflow.

Hummingbird Watch

Google OAuth application: Hummingbird Watch Uploader. This system prepares footage from the operator's hummingbird cameras for the Hummingbird Watch TV YouTube channel. Its uploader handles approved video packages; its separate read-only reporting component retrieves channel and video performance information for the operator's editorial review.

The reporting component uses its own read-only credential. It cannot approve publication or use the uploader's credential. Bellevue and Hummingbird retain separate Google Cloud projects, OAuth clients, credentials and permissions.

Google access and privacy

Both systems use YouTube API Services. Google handles authorization in the browser; this information site does not collect Google passwords or tokens. Giving consent does not itself authorize a video upload or public release.

The shared privacy policy describes each system's data use, storage, retention and deletion. By using these tools, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
